We often receive questions from consumers like you about the likelihood of
peanuts in our products.  For clarification, Krispy Kreme does not knowingly
add any peanuts or other nut derivatives to our doughnuts; however, we
cannot guarantee that our products are free of nuts or nut derivatives. The
final decision to consume Krispy Kreme doughnuts will always rest with the
consumer.

    Are they serious w/this response?! Do they even know what’s in their products?

    they KNOW whats in their products but instead of saying they are peanut free, and somehow an employee drops a peanut into the dough or something and getting sued b.c someone got sick they say to the best of their knowledge they do not use peanuts in their products. common sense could tell you they are not ruling anything out incase of a lawsuit!

    Well are Krispy Kreme donuts made in a facility, I need to know because I went to a party and they were serving Krispy kremes and I am allergic to nuts. I cannot eat the donut until I know for sure!
