Panera Bread

Posted by Dave on January 27, 2007

Panera Bread in our area now sells Peanut Butter Banana Crunch Bagels.  Which is made into the actual bagel and most definitely cross contaminates all of their bagels and breads.

My daughter is peanut allergic and we’ve learned (twice – the hard way) to avoid Panera. They have cross contamination issues that are very concerning. My daughter has reacted eating both plain and Asiago bagels.

All I can think is cross contamination as i have no other explanation as she has these bagels in the past without issue.

Because of this, we no longer patronize Panera (I miss it like crazy but its not worth it).
